At ArrivalPass, we strive to deliver a seamless visa application experience. Due to the nature of our services, which involve government processing and time-sensitive documentation, we operate under a strict no-refund policy once an application has been submitted to the relevant authorities.

If you cancel your visa application before we begin processing it, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus applicable administrative and payment gateway charges. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to check your eligibility.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Visa rejections made by embassies or consulates
  • Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the applicant
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party services or government bodies

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of payment. We will review your case and respond promptly.
